Health and Safety Training


AV Training's philosophy, training and motivation has proven to be beneficial to most all of its clientele. We have provided assistance in bringing about compliance to those having duties under health and safety law, the provision of information, instruction and training.

Health and Safety Training must be adequate, meaning suitable and sufficient, when initial employment commences, where exposure to risks change (due to activity changes, new equipment or technology introduction) and, where the system of work changes. Training must be repeated periodically where appropropiate and, if necessary, where new or changed risks occur.

At random, and unexpectedly how often does one hear the daunting phrase, "an accident waiting to happen". What of potential corporate responsibility?

Lightning struck one of the UK's largest of companies. The company is no more! Having had an accident it was forced into obscurity, not least through final analysis, in the guilt of charges laid against it by Lord Cullen's summation as being due to:
