Legal obligations placed by, and under, the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, employers, including the self employed and those who have control of use, supervision and management of those who use work equipment, must all be aware and competently understand their compliance to the HSC Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 Regulation 3.

Additionally PUWER Regulation 8 (Information and Instructions) links to other regulations, including Regulation 9, are explained within AV Training’s qualified approaches to the training of people.
